Bobrisky Reveals Shocking Scammer Encounter

Bobrisky, the self-proclaimed transgender, has revealed that she fell victim to an online romance scam, losing $990 in the process.

In a now-deleted Instagram post, the social media celebrity said she had been chatting with the scammer for a few months. She said he claimed to have recently moved to Canada from the United States.

Bobrisky disclosed that the scammer blocked her after she used his Cashapp account to receive a deposit from a client who wanted to run ads with her.

“I never thought in my life I will be a client to anybody this guy came to my dm, and we got talking close to few months now. He call me almost everyday he said he lived in USA but moved to Canada,” she wrote.

“Few weeks later someone in USA reach out for ads. She said she need a cashapp to pay her deposit and I asked this guy talking to me, he said he will give him his own. As soon as he got the money he block me immediately.”

She also shared screenshots of their chats, the transaction, and the scammer’s Instagram page, asking for help in identifying the scammer.

“Lmaoooo, I believe I will be a maga to someone. I’m shocked. Obiagu atleast you should have waited and gotten bigger money from me. On top $990, mtchewww. If you know him, send me a dm on @bobsecret,” she wrote.

A three-storey building under construction has collapsed in the Durumi 3 area near Abuja, leaving at least five people dead and 10 rescued alive, according to Punch Newspaper.   The incident happened on Saturday morning near Gudu Market, with emergency workers continuing efforts to reach people believed to still be trapped under the rubble. Search operations remained ongoing as responders combed through debris at the construction site in the Gudu district.   The statement was issued by Lere Olayinka, spokesperson to Nyesom Wike, who confirmed the scale of the incident and said additional victims may still be under the wreckage.   The FCT Mandate Secretary of Health Services and Environment Secretariat, Adedolapo Fasawe, visited the scene and said Wike had directed that all injured victims receive free medical treatment. Emergency teams including the Federal Fire Service, security agencies, health workers and local volunteers were seen at the site as residents gathered anxiously nearby.   Authorities have yet to confirm the cause of the collapse, while rescue operations continue.
