Nollywood actress, Doris Ogala, has doubled down on her shocking claims that she died and came back to life.

The actress, who stated that she was speaking from a hospital bed, told Saturday Beats, “That story is exactly what happened to me and I’m still lying in the hospital. Whatever you see there, I can’t add and I can’t remove. It happened. I died and I saw myself in heaven.”

In a startling revelation, Doris alleged that she had been in a long-term relationship with a popular pastor (name withheld because Saturday Beats could not verify her claims), dating back to 2017. She alleged that during the relationship, she became pregnant but later miscarried.

She said, “I practically lived in his house and all his daughters and his sister’s son know me. We had sex everywhere in the house because he was my boyfriend then and he promised me marriage.”

According to her, when she realised he wasn’t committed to marrying her, she moved on and eventually got married. But after experiencing marital issues, she reconnected with Chris, which led to the pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage.

She claimed that she had proof of all communications between them, including the pregnancy test results and chat records.

Ogala also alleged that she was asked by the said pastor to help a prophet (name withheld) during a sensitive investigation into a missing child case. She stated that acting on the advice of lawyers, she gathered evidence that she claimed cleared the prophet’s name.

She stated that to show his appreciation, the prophet promised to give her N35m. She also claimed that the prophet eventually sent the money to the pastor, who gave her only N20m and withheld the rest.

According to her, efforts to get the remaining money from the pastor allegedly led to her being arrested.

“His lawyer advised him to file a case at the National Cybercrime Centre and I was harassed. Five days to my brother’s burial, I was arrested again. I spent three days in detention and was later taken to Abuja,” she said.

Ogala added that she was currently battling a case of criminal defamation in court, because the pastor denied knowing her.

“He is claiming I was just his church member. But I was never his church member. I have pictures with his daughters. He has my naked videos and once tried to blackmail me,” she said.

EFCC arraigns Blessing CEO over alleged N36m fraud

Social media influencer and relationship therapist Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has been arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over an alleged ₦36 million fraud case in Lagos. The influencer was docked before the Federal High Court in Ikoyi on Friday on a two-count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretence and alleged theft. The EFCC alleged that Blessing CEO obtained ₦36 million from one Mrs Ifeyinwa Nonye Okoye between July 14 and 17, 2024, under the pretext of securing a six-bedroom duplex in Lekki, Lagos. Prosecutors claimed the representation was false and violated provisions of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, 2006. The anti-graft agency also accused her of converting the funds for personal use. Blessing CEO pleaded not guilty to the charges when they were read before the court. Following her plea, EFCC counsel requested that she be remanded pending trial, while her defence team informed the court that they had just received the charge documents and intended to file a bail application. Justice D.I. Dipeolu subsequently ordered that she be remanded in EFCC custody pending the hearing of her bail application. The matter was adjourned until June 5, 2026, for trial.
