Paris Saint-Germain have been handed a blockbuster Champions League league-phase draw against Barcelona and Manchester City, while Premier League champions Arsenal will host Real Madrid.
According to Channels Television, the 2026/27 Champions League draw was held in Monaco on Thursday, August 27, with PSG drawn to face Barcelona, Manchester City, Aston Villa, Roma, Galatasaray, Villarreal, Como and Slovan Bratislava.
The reigning champions are chasing a third consecutive European title, a feat last achieved by Real Madrid between 2016 and 2018.
PSG will host Barcelona, Roma, Galatasaray and Slovan Bratislava, while travelling to Manchester City, Aston Villa, Villarreal and Como.
Arsenal, who lost last season’s final to PSG on penalties, will host Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Lille and Azerbaijan’s Sabah. The Gunners will travel to Bayern Munich, Real Betis, Napoli and Slavia Prague.
Liverpool will host Atletico Madrid, Porto, Villarreal and Lens, while their away fixtures include Inter Milan, Club Brugge, Fenerbahce and LASK.
Manchester United will welcome Bayern Munich, Roma, RB Leipzig and Sabah at home. Their away assignments are Atletico Madrid, Sporting Lisbon, Villarreal and Como.
Other notable fixtures include Manchester City travelling to Barcelona and Real Madrid hosting Inter Milan. Aston Villa will visit Barcelona and host Dortmund, while also facing Galatasaray and Fenerbahce.
The 2026/27 competition features 36 clubs in a single league phase, with each team playing eight matches against different opponents. The first league-phase matches are scheduled for September 8 to 10, while the final is set for June 5, 2027, at Madrid’s Metropolitan Stadium.
